Lunches and dinners

There is possible to register for a lunch at the conference venue. There are also a number of restaurants nearby.

The lunches must be paid for in advance.


The dinner on Saturday the 19th will be at Theatercafeen (link: http://www.hotelcontinental.no/Default.aspx?ID=236). Please register if you intend to be at the dinner. The menu will be ready first on Tuesday the 8th of May, and will be posted on this website and sent by email to those that register for the dinner. The deadline for letting us know which alternative you would prefer is Sunday the 13th of May. If not the cheapest alternative will be chosen for you.

Main course:

  1. Sea trout with potato salad, various beets, trout mousseline, and riesling sauce. kr 274
  2. Truffle-marinated guinea hen with sauteed spring cabbage, morels, cranberries, potato fondue, and foie gras gravy. kr 285

Dessert:

  1. Marinated strawberries with mascarpone cream and mojito foam. kr 110
  2. Chocolate terrine, with lime and coconut with strawberry sorbet and Nyr (a k cheese). kr 135

The dinner on Sunday the 20th will be at Lorry (http://www.lorry.no/) Please register if you intend to be at the dinner. The deadline for registering for this dinner is Sunday the 13th of May. You can choose among the following main dishes:

  1. Filet of lamb w/ gratinated potatoes. kr 279,00
  2. Hamburger with cheese and bacon, raw onion and pickled cucumber. Garlic sauce and red salsa. Served with french fries. kr 166,00
  3. Vegetarian quiche. kr 139,00
